ABOUT : Meeting News

Thanks to all who attended and contributed to the vitality of the meeting.  Our final attendence was 332 people with just over half of the attendees registered as students or postdocs.  New records were also set in numbers of abstracts (223) and ambient temperature (109°F in Tucson on Saturday).  The early morning poster sessions worked very well and we will be recommending to the next committee that they be continued.  It was an enjoyable meeting and a summary of the talks will be prepared for publication in Developmental Dynamics
