Travel to Tucson can be accomplished by direct flight to the Tucson International Airport (code TUS) or by shuttle or rental car from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX). Depending on your point of origin, flights to Phoenix can be considerably cheaper than flights to Tucson. Airlines serving Tucson include American, Delta, Northwest, Southwest, America West, Alaska, Continental, Frontier and United. A number of additional airlines provide service only to Phoenix. If your connection time in Phoenix for Tucson is greater than 2 hours, you may want to consider a rental car or shuttle for the final leg.
We have contracted for conference rates from American and Delta airlines that can be obtained by contacting their conference desks (see link). These rates may offer a discount from prices you can find elsewhere. The zone fair option in these contracts may be particularly useful for those who are traveling from smaller airports.
The Tucson Airport is approximately 35 minutes from Westward Look Resort and the resort can be reached using the Arizona Stagecoach shuttle service or taxis from the airport. The Arizona Shuttle from the Phoenix airport has designated stops in the Tucson area but the shuttle driver can arrange for a local taxi to meet you at the shuttle stop and complete the journey to the resort.

If you find a "webfare" that is lower after the discount, the agent can book this for you if seats are available. Zone Fares are also available. These are fixed fares from specific regions of the United States that are often cheaper than normal fares from cities with smaller airports.
Due to recent changes in policy by Delta Airlines, these discounts and credits will expire after February 28, 2005. After that time expanded and reduced SimpliFares will be in effect which are not group rates.
